Same. At Winter you can always just wear more warm clothes and get more blankets at night, but at Summer there is a point where you can’t take off any clothes anymore but still feel too hot…
Summer is OMGWTFBBQ hot. I sweat before I even start walking.
The night case is similar, though, but that’s why ACs exist.
Winter gets WHOA cold in the morning, then it gets pretty normal midday and… cool again at night.
Similar sleeping situation, but I still keep the AC on. XD
It costs a lot of money to have heating on 24/7 and if it’s cold outside, like 0 or less Celsius and you’ve turned off the heating for a couple of hours, keeping your windows closed isn’t going to do much to keep the cold out. So I can see how that situation can arise.
1-Get better insulation.
2-What third world country do you live in for heating to be too espensive?
3-There is not such thing as ”too cold, nothing to do except indoor stuff”. Put some clothes on, enjoy sliding, ski, raquette, making statues, snowmen, forts walking, etc. No need to get fat and lazy just because putting winter clothes takes a minute or two.
What kind of russia? Moscow winter is quite comfortable. But the Tomsk and Novosibirsk ones are pretty cold. And of course I am not talking about Yakutia.
Love me some fall and winter. More clothes solve the warmth issue and heaters/blankets indoors make for cozy nights… Granted, Chicago isn’t that cold, but we’ve gotten into the sub zero range more than a few times.
Summer in Athens, Greece: Daytime – Hot as hell, Nighttime – Hot still.
Winter In Athens, Greece: Daytime – Coldish, Nighttime – Cold, rarely lower than 0 degrees Celsius.
I live in Southern California, and I HATE IT!! It is never cold here except at like 2:00 AM in the middle of February. On most years it is hot enough to enjoy a dip in an outdoor, un-heated pool on Christmas day. I often feel guilty about how much TV I watch and how many hours of video games I play, but it’ so ****ing hot all the time that even going on a short walk leaves me sweating profusely, so I have to limit how long my walks are; I’d probably be 30 lbs lighter if it was cool enough to go on a walk without sweating up a storm every once in a while.
Nobody’s asked yet what those two little gray blobs are above her head in the Summer-Night frame? Looks like she has antennae for some reason. Or am I just imagining things?
I can survive in extremely hot temperatures, as long as I’m not in direct sunlight or in tight spaces. I can bundle up in the Summer and be perfectly comfortable.
er…call me stupid…but how is this kind of “graph” called? I need it in tomorrow’s English lesson (I’m German )… and well, I don’t have a clue. Can you even call it a graph? Help, anyone?
I like autumn best.t
You are my new best friend.
^This.
Why I Prefer Winter. I don’t mind wearing coats.

Have either of you been to Boston or Toronto in Winter? My eyeballs freeze, and no amount of coat layering will help.
I haven’t been to either of those places. But I am in Colorado and we had -40 wind chills last winter :[
Celsius or Fahrenheit?
jk -40 °C is -40 °F
Toronto’s winters are nothing. It barely gets below -15 here.
I’ve seen -45 – TRUE temperature – with -55 windchill in Edmonton.
I’m guessing that’s fahrenheit. If not, dear lord.
Nope, Celsius.
Below -40 Farenheit temperatures are actually lower. -45C is about -50F.
This is a city of nearly a million people, and Canada’s sixth (maybe fifth) largest city. And one of the fastest growing.
For Canadians, living somewhere where you have to plug your car in at night so the battery doesn’t freeze is something to be proud of.
The battery? It is so the oil doesn’t freeze.
I live in Toronto. Believe me, it’s not that bad.
Ottawa gets colder in the winter and hotter in the summer.
My thoughts exactly.
That’s not true where I live. (UAE)

As a swede, I was not built for summer. Gief winter.
What’s summer like in Sweden? I’ve always been curious, as I’ve always pictured Scandanavia as snow-covered for most of the year.
well I live in finland, to the right from sweden so summers here can get up to 30 degrees C, but in winter you freeze ur balls off
Winter rules, i mean, its frsh and cold
replace the top summer frame with the bottom
You… sleep with your glasses on?
…that’s SICK.
I hate winter. Nothing to do except indoor stuff while still freezing your balls off.
Have you tried closing the windows at winter?

winter is awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! summer is

This is why I love winter-I LOVE the cold, but hate trying to cool down in the heat.
In Alabama, even if I put on my air conditioning (I feel lucky, not all of dem rednecks have AC) its still 80-90F

Does she look like the girl from Left-Behind City or is it just me?

it’s sweat…
Uk weather:
Spring: Rain.
Summer: Warm Rain.
Autumn: Rain.
Winter: Cold Rain.
The past few years has kind of broken that stereotype, it’s been quite dry.
No AC? I usually just run an oscillating fan if it get hot, but I guess it’s not as hot here as other places.
I like late spring because It’s warm, but not hot, or cool, but not really cold.
Plus, I enjoy the flowers on the trees.
I like our summers because they’re comfortable. No sweating and wide-awakeness in bed with the blanket kicked off… usually.
please tell me where you’re from so I can move to there D:
we only have 2 seasons here in the caribbean SUMMER AND HELL
Oh, Summer and Winter. The bipolar seasons.
damn, just like in estonia
I can survive in extremely hot temperatures, as long as I’m not in direct sunlight or in tight spaces. I can bundle up in the Summer and be perfectly comfortable.
I live in Minnesota and we are the 3rd coldest state in the US behind Alaska and North Dakota.
I live in Hawaii. We just have one season.
Not true! Hawaii has two seasons: rainy and sunny
I live in Brazil – São Paulo, here we have 4 season´s in a day
