You somehow miss it within the 1 second you quickly sweep over, then it’s time to go into search mode. You think “No, that evil remote hider would never put it in a obvious place”. You search under couches, cushions, in drawers, every nook and cranny, and everywhere anywhere in the TV.
I don’t know about you guys, but I have a pretty old TV that automatically locates the remote when its power button is pressed, and the remote beeps wherever it is, allowing it to be found easily. Why this technology hasn’t been used much, I don’t know. But it sure as hell eliminates any trouble trying to find the remote (that is, if the battery power hasn’t run out on it…).
that’s so true, you guys never find anything by yourselves, even when you have it right in front of your eyes. You may be good for other things but for finding things we are better.

Who spends all day looking for the remote? If it were me I would give up after 10 minutes or use the buttons on the tv.
