    I think this is first.

  2. mikey says:

this is my favorite graph so far

  3. wererat2000 says:

LIES! adams family is a great movie!

  4. Shipoopi says:

back to the future was stupid, not to mention the one where he had to go into the future because his kid was going to do something bad *in the future*

couldn’t he simply wait the 20 years or whatever, and then prevent his kid from doing it?

    • roger says:

      that’s not stupid, you’re stupid

    • apu says:

you can find logical fallacies with anything if you try hard enough. this is not a valid argument, you’re just nitpicking.

      fail.

      • Shipoopi says:

that’s not even trying hard! it hasn’t happened yet! it will happen in the future, why can’t you change it then? going back to change the past is one thing, but why go to the future to change it?

understanding logic and the validity of arguments/being a b2tf fanboy fail

        • Phantom says:

Actually, I think the purpose may have been Doc Brown showing Marty how his actions in the present/near future will affect him down the line… basically his life being kind of crap. So, I don’t think it was so much to change anything at that point as it was to show Marty he needs to change his current ways.

Aside from that, the plot for all the movies is kind of sketchy.

          • loucifer86 says:

it is a movie about TIME TRAVEL. if you poke hard enough at the storyline, of course you will find plot holes. for instance, i can point out one huge plot hole in damn near any time-travel movie: humans will never invent time travel. the reasoning behind this is, if we ever did, the first thing the scientists of the world (ie, the first guys w/ access to the time machine) would do is go to prehistoric times and try to answer some of the book’s worth of questions mankind has about the dinosaurs, and our own existence, and you name it. there are no footprints/fossil records indicating humans ever existed in the same time period as the dinosaurs, so unless mankind in general gets a lot better than we are at not leaving a trace of our passing, no one will ever go into prehistoric times, thus no one will ever invent time travel, thus all time travel movies are one big plot hole.

    • wererat2000 says:

i don’t think that (if it was such a big deal) he should have waited, doc could have visited every now and then through out time and became a “friend of a family” if he’s so determined to know every part if their lives, and helped solve their problem.

  5. freaxy says:

    what about camp nowhere?lol

  6. Rotopope says:

One Flew Over the Cockoo’s Nest does not fit correctly in this continuum.

    • chim-chim says:

My thoughts exactly, your holiness. Taber was an understated, but great role.

      • Vila Restal says:

Actually I would consider Captain Kruge better than the Professor. **After the Klingon Boarding Party has landed on the Enterprise, after they have rigged it to self destruct** “There appears to be no one on board. It appears to be under computer control. It is the only thing speaking.” “Speaking? Let me hear it”. “Seven, Six, Five, Four”. “QUICK. GET OUT OF THERE!!!”

  7. Snippi says:

    Um, Uncle Fester is awesome!!!!!!!!!!

  8. Hendi says:

I don’t get the title. Not the actualy graph title, but the “Hope Christipher Lloyd Pays It Will”. This random grouping of unrelated words its hurting my brain.

  9. soulcrusher says:

Reverend Jim is awesome. The rest not so much.

  10. wtfwtf says:

CLUE IS AWESOME I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU SAY.

  11. Dan says:

“What does a yellow light mean?”

    “Slow down.”

    “…What…does…a…yellow…light…mean…?”

  12. Steph says:

“It even gets its own dressing room.”

    Corrected.

    • bionelly says:

Dammit, I was planning to say that, but by the time I read all the other comments I forgot about it. I’m glad somebody else noticed, though.

  13. Bill says:

    Fester rules!

  14. Savage says:

There’s nothing wrong with Uncle Fester!

  15. GammaPaladin says:

I will never understand people who didn’t like the Addams Family movies.

  16. Anonymous Contributor says:

Like everyone else, I see nothing wrong with Uncle Fester. Also, Judge Doom was really awesome, but only had a little bit of hair. Great graph anyway!!

  17. Blueshoe says:

WTF they made Clue into a movie? Or was Clue a board game after the movie? Either way that kicks ass! I wonder who did it? xD
    Go Christopher Lloyd!

    • Outback Jon says:

Yes, they made a movie based on the board game. When it was first released to theaters, it had several endings, and depending on where you saw it, you saw a different ending. On the video and DVD, all the endings are combined into one.

  18. Michael says:

Hairwise, I think he’s between the professor and the klingon. Lithgow got the hair in BB. Awesomewise, he’s tops, so the graph isn’t a very good predictive model…

  19. mike says:

    SUBURBAN COMMANDO!?

  20. Gwill says:

One could make a reverse graph of Bruce Willis: Less hair -> More awesome.

  21. One Skunk Todd says:

It’s not my goddamn planet, understand monkey boy!

  22. Georgije says:

Kirk: You should take the Vulcan too.
    Kruge: No.
    Kirk: But why?
    Kruge: Because you wish it.

  23. Neinna says:

    Great Scott….

  24. toby says:

Tenth doctor (most doctors actually..) supports this, Dr Evil (austin powers) does not.
So.. does this only apply to the goodies, not the baddies or judges?

  25. forge says:

No, he was PERFECT as Fester. PERFECT. There was NO casting in either of those two movies that was not the most perfect person for that role that there possibly could have been. I mean seriously, Anjelica Houston was BORN to be Morticia, and Christina Ricci OMG that face. “You’re the strangest woman I’ve ever met” LOL!!

  26. KeybladeBandit says:

Where’s Judge Doom from Who Framed Roger Rabbit? :(

    • Philejockey says:

Good call. Also, where’s One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s nest? He’s pretty frickin crazy in that… I feel like they left way too much stuff out.

  27. lolz says:

    dont under estimate uncle fester!!!

  28. I propose, every man in Hollywood has to grow Emmett Brown hair. Imagine, every movie that comes out from now on is as good as “Back to the future”.

  29. Twizted says:

How could you do this to the Adams family?

  30. Yurie says:

What about Lloyd’s character in “One Flew Over a Cuckoo’s Nest”, Max? I mean needless to say, there wasn’t much dialogue but he was the perfect touch to that, and he had really short hair.

  31. Janine says:

I LOVED him as Professor Plum. I disagree, I think that role should be at the top :)

  32. Casey says:

    Clue was AMAZING

  33. Nco says:

… but you didn’t mention his initial, and most awesome roll, in the TV series, Taxi.

  34. R.P. McMurphy says:

You sorely missed Taber from One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. He would fit between Professor Plum and Cmdr. Kruge

  35. psittacid says:

    That’s BigbootAY!

  36. Charlotte says:

…What was wrong with The Addams Family? I mean, besides the fact that I just realized I’m thinking of Addams Family Values, and can barely remember the plot of the first one…but he was still in Addams Family Values, and that was reasonably entertaining, IMHO

  37. Lis says:

But where does his role in Buckaroo Banzai fit in this?

  38. anonymous says:

you forgot aliens guy from history channel
