Through experience I’ve become a light packer. Makes travelling that much less stressful. I know darned well that for a week a single pair of jeans will do me fine, as will a couple of shirts; the only thing I need to pack is panties and socks. If worse comes to worst I can hand wash a shirt
You know, since my luggage ended up some other city, I have learned to do all carry on. If I am visiting a relative, I send stuff on ahead (hand lotion, gel vitamins, etc.). Or I just buy stuff like shampoo. Even before that I usually didn’t over pack. This is not just a chickgraph – it’s a dumbchickgraph. You gotta lug that suitcase around.
I like all your diagrams.. it really relates my attitude.. I also done this every time we have vacation.. I pack lots of stuffs and wear only 1/4 of it.. really really true
I agree with the graph, but maby the small circle should be bigger i cannot immagine anyone packing for a trip 10 times as long because they want to choose what to wear at the time rather than now,
on a 4 day vacation that’s 40 days worth of clothes..
pretty serious scale issue there, unless it’s all shoes then i completely understand.
Meh…
That means you’re a girl… And the “clothes I wear”-Circle still covers about twice as much any guy would pack!
Quit complaining. At least it’s not the other way round!
Total chickgraph.
I wear all the clothes I pack because I only pack what I’ll need.
I once backpacked through Europe for six months, with just one change of clothes in my backpack.
Of course, it was Europe, so neither outfit was ever necessary.

Well… i usually only pack bare necessities, and wear clothes i buy _while on vacation_…
I really didn’t think shopping on vacation was a european-centric thing…
Usually I pack less clothes than I wear on a vacation, due to shopping while there.
I always have to rewear clothes on my rare vacations
