This really would work better as a pie chart. You probably should have used how how much time is taken up by each portion as your y-value, not the speed of talking. Yes, the talking is fast at the end… but that’s not point you’re trying to make.

So basically when we studied this in my law class we discovered the reason the drug companies list the side effects so quickly is because the FDA and FCC require them to list side effects if the commercial tells you what the drug does. They can tell you the name, but not what it does without listing the side effects as well.

We don’t have these ads in the UK. When we feel run down, we go to sleep. When we feel depressed, we visit friends or drink booze.

We do NOT go running to our pharmacologists and our phsycologists the moment our team loses or we sit in traffic.

But it is catching on. Maybe there will be a drug to stop society becoming dependent on placebos.
