I’m guessing your first reaction after buying the game was…
“I want to take randomish pieces out of his body! I know how to do this perfectly!”
Even if you didn’t buy the game, this may be some’s reaction. Including mine…
I didn’t realize there were cards and rules until I bought the game for my son. I was a little disappointed to learn that the actual GAME works better with three people.
Oh, well, there’s always the satisfaction of that red nose to look forward to…
Whaaat? There’s cards? This game just terrified me when I was a kid… I couldn’t stand the buzzing noise, I thought something awful would happen, I would actually cry…
On a more serious note the newer version of the game really does not have cards. The board makes a noise and you have to pull the corresponding piece. Whoever has the most when the board is clear is the winner. Also some of the pieces now are made of rubber, they’re not all hard plastic, the rubber ones are much easier to pickup. Even though I was not familiar with these new rules I still obliterated an eight year old girl.
You have to pick a card, which tells you which part you have to get out; I believe you also have a time limit in more advanced rules. As Glottis points out the new game is made to be less challenging, ‘cos what we don’t need in the world is more kids with good fine-motor skills.
A similar graph could easily be made for Trivial Pursuit. Seriously, most of our time with that game was just spent reading questions off of the cards rather than actually playing with the board.
Does anybody have the cards and could post the directions and what the cards say? I have the version i played in the 80s and I never even knew there were rules. Someone should post the manual and whats the cards say. we always just pulled the pieces when i was a kid. thanks!
I’m really sorry but, FIRST MOTHER F***ERS!!!
John?
…there are cards and rules?
I was thinking the same thing.
Me, too.
same three
fourth!
fifth lol
That was honestly the very first thing that went through my head. I remember
would someone look up the rules of this game, cause i seriously just thought you were supposed to try and take parts out in turns
HAHAHAHAHA I just said that aloud as I was reading this. Complete with puzzled head tilt.

I dunno. I lost all the pieces. And the cards. Basically I have a large rectangular noisy vibrator that doesn’t get me off

I played this game as a child…but I never knew there were actual rules to it.
There are cards? I didn’t even know that. My childhood was a lie. I only ever played at my friends house. Never had one of my own

i am proud to say i am part of the blue slice… sometimes (when i was a kid, dont play anymore) we just took turns trying to take pieces out
So you discovered the cards? Good. : )

The buzz is too loud for me and was so sudden, it would even sound off when I swear I didn’t touch the sides.
Scared the intestines outta my donkey!
Operation cards… in existence?
