There is one in Final Destination 2 that is used to escape a fire. That’s the only one I can think of.
Though, after the guy is safely on the ground, the fire escape kills him and “cause of death” doesn’t seem to appear as a slice of this particular chart.
in action movies, escaping the fire usually involves running through the building to rescue a girl, or a cat, or a dog, then running out the front door just as the building explodes.

To be fair, fire escapes (ideally) spend most of their time not being used to escape fires. ☺
