      Damn straight.

    • A Random Pooka says:

Because Facebook is so much better than Myspace. They both are a waste of time. And why use IE for watching porn? It’s the most tied to windows, so malicious files run through it are that much more likely to fubar your whole system than watching porn on like Opera or Firefox or straight Mozilla or .. any number of other browsers that are not quite so integrated with the OS. Or even better, download knoppix and use it to watch your porn

  3. Martyvz says:

Watching porn should be the red slice.

  4. Kalashnikov says:

    FIREFOX

  5. slupine says:

Why would you go to the trouble of downloading Firefox to download a better browser when the computer comes with IE installed?

  6. SGAShepp says:

    I agree!

  7. Soulfoxx says:

*starts downloading firefox and feels ashamed*

  8. Ih8repeats says:

this has been done already….and also featured just like this one….

  9. NP says:

They all have their problems. IE is obviously a resource hog and lacks security, but is much more user-friendly when downloading. Firefox is way faster and smoother, but causes text size/font problems for auctiva users when listings are posted to eBay. Chrome is lightning quick and stripped-down (which I love), but every time I use it I encounter a compatibility issue and have to open a different browser anyway. As it is, I pretty much use FF all the time, except when I need to download drivers.

What bothers me is that people are not specific about their subjects nor do they do an adequate amount of research. IE what? IE 7? IE 8? If you’re referring to IE 7, then yeah, maybe, but with proper research, IE 8 is a much better browser than what Firefox is capable of offering. You say IE lacks security; that is completely untrue as IE features the most comprehensive and customizable security settings. This article came to the conclusion that risk of using any browser on the internet is the same, provided they are fully updated and patched properly. However, it notes that IE is the only browser with serious enterprise management, and that it is the only broswer that can enforce goverment standards on millions computers, noting that it is a very difficult feature to achieve. And you want to know the most shocking fact about Mozilla Firefox? Take a look at this link , scroll down and you’ll find this quote: “Although this feature is a definite plus to Mozilla users, I’ve yet to miss the dumbfounded look when you tell a Firefox fan that their coveted browser depends on Internet Explorer’s security settings.” So, if you claim that IE “lacks security,” then a browser that depends of some of IE’s security features must also “lack security,” don’t you think?

      • Captain Foo says:

To this day (current patch level) even with IE 8, there are websites you can go to and get your Windows box infected without doing anything other than just going to the website. A friend just charged a client for a full day of virus/malware cleanup, and the virus was picked up by simply going to a site with IE8. If you’re running IE of any version, there is simply no way to guarantee that you won’t get infected, since one of the primary attack vectors these days is to hijack legitimate websites and inject malware attacks.

I don’t think Firefox on my Linux box depends on IE settings. On a Windows box it probably does, because it’s pretty much impossible to do internet connections on a Windows box without going through the windows TCP/IP layer, and IE is integrated right down to the bone there. That’s not the fault of Firefox.

If you want to get away from IE entirely, you have to stop running Windows. Running another browser (ANY other browser) is putting you well ahead of the game.

  13. Duncan says:

LOL! I had to fix 3 computers in my family, so while I’m defragging it, I download other browsers because internet explorer isn’t very good… now most of them have Mozilla! (Firefox)

  14. SLizzy says:

I know I shouldn’t watch porn with IE because of the security issues, but Firefox is for regular stuff, Opera is for stuff I’m slightly ashamed of and stuff that I didn’t want to futz with my FF NoScript/Adblock Plus settings to get to work correctly, and IE ended up being for the porn.

But the point is irrelevant now that I switched to Ubuntu Linux and don’t have IE anymore. I need a new porn browser.

  15. Novawolf says:

    ALMOST perfect!
