That’s not to say that my kids didn’t do their best, but they had a lot more fun doing it. They weren’t yelled at, they had laughs, and they made a lot of friends. The county where we lived also did well, but you could tell the kids were a lot more stressed. I don’t regret the decision and neither do my kids. One of them has gone on to train in her horse and dog classes and I’m very happy that she learned to “like” competition.
