Mental retardation is a generalized disorder, characterized by significantly impaired cognitive functioning and deficits in two or more adaptive behaviors with onset before the age of 18. Once focused almost entirely on cognition, the definition now includes both a component relating to mental functioning and one relating to individuals’ functional skills in their environment.
The term “mental retardation” is a diagnostic term designed to capture and standardize a group of disconnected categories of mental functioning such as “idiot”, “imbecile”, and “moron” derived from early IQ tests, which acquired pejorative connotations in popular discourse over time. The term “mental retardation” has itself now acquired some pejorative and shameful connotations over the last few decades due to the use of “retarded” as an insult. This may in turn have contributed to its replacement with expressions such as “mentally challenged” or “intellectual disability”. While “developmental disability” may be considered to subsume other disorders (see below), “developmental disability” or “developmental delay” (for people under age 18), are generally considered more acceptable terms than “mental retardation” among members of the disability community.

I think that this diagram is supposed to tell what you get, and therefore it doesn’t say that you wear a bank. However, it does imply that you can get a bank and halloween.

The concept is OK imo, but its poorly executed… “wearing a bank”?

I’m 95% sure you’re joking, but just in case you’re not… don’t do it. Bank employees would not find it amusing in the slightest. Nor would the local law enforcement, who you would definitely hear from. And, the bank would likely close your accounts and rid themselves of you. Possible positive results: zero.
I’m 99% positive you’re taking this way too seriously. No one likes a prick. If you don’t take a chill pill, you may end up being a 47 year old virgin living in his parents house eating cheetos of his hairy chest and chatting with fat asian chicks over IMVU. Possible positive results: zero.

If it was location and what you wear and not just what you wear.. And the cross between Wearing a Ski Mask and in a Bank it said “arrested” instead of “Money” I’d be funnier

This is funny not because the concept was funny, but simply because this is such a failure that it’s hilarious.
I want to go to a bank wearing a ski mask and carrying a gun. Then I’ll open an account and deposit $200.
If you can get that far, that would be fun to watch
If you can do that without getting shot/arrested, I’ll give you the $200 myself. If you DO get shot/arrested…. I’ll visit you in jail/hospital/attend your funeral.
