To any girl with more than a one night stand, confidence is far more attractive then the way you smell. Though if you must use some kind of cologne, don’t use axe. It’s more than likely going to remind a girl of a bitter ex than it is to score you a second look. Use something subtle and uncommon.

I believe being a seventeen year old girl I have the authority to voice my opinion on this one. Axe can be attractive on teenage guys under certain circumstances.

1. Ditch the spray, it’s horrible.

2. Make it discrete. girls want a reason to snuggle in close when they hug a guy. A subtle smell makes it like a game. It pulls a girl in. Remember, human nature is drawn to mystery.

3. Don’t make comments about the fact that your wearing it, again it ruins the mystery.

4. Confidence is a must. It’s far more attractive than any cologne you will ever wear.

That, depending on the day, could be an improvement. I personally would prefer a slightly unpleasant sent that wasn’t suffocating.

That is only applicable to the sprays. The rest of the line in subtle enough that it is attractive.

The guys at my school stuck a pair of siccors in a can of axe in the boys locker room, and it contaminated them there is like a force field on them. You get 8 yards away and you get hit and can’t breathe

That would be a student discomfort and safety issue, so the school had to do something about it, and adding proper body spray usage to health class curriculum wouldn’t do much good.

Actually they can coexist. Axe is a body spray/deodorant, not an anti-perspirant, unless you get Axe dry (which smells much less intense and usually better, on me anyways).

as a teenage girl, i can safely say that i am not turned on by the smell of axe AT ALL.
a boy once wore too much axe in one of my classes a few years back and it actually made me sick.

You should just ask a close female friend if the Axe you use is right for you. They have many different scents… and when used in moderation with the right body chemistry can really have the right reaction.

I mean, chicks wont be ripping off your clothes or anything, but thats because of certain standards we set for ourselves… it will however (if the right one is used… and again in moderation) be very arousing to the right females.

My boyfriend uses Kilo and I cant get enough of him when he does.

Well some girls at my old school LLOVED axe. They always travelled in a group. if the smelled axe, the would stop and start sniffing the air like freaks. If they accidently passed the smell, they would run back to smell it….

OMCC! My dad used to use English Leather. He did amateur photography and had a darkroom in a basement closet. He kept all his slides in the wooden boxes that English Leather came in. When I was five or six, I loved to sit in the darkroom and watch the glow-in-the-dark clock he used to time the developer and smell those stacks of English Leather boxes. The remnant scent would seep into the slide cardboard frames, and when he’d show the slides, the heat would release it and fill the air with the faintest traces of scent. To my mind Paris and Viet Nam and the Wisconsin Dells will always smell subtly of English Leather.

I wear Axe. I smell just fine. I know this because women compliment me on my calogne even through I rarely wear any. More than once a strange woman has pushed her face into my shirt to get a better smell of me. That’s pretty far from repulsed. Ironically any time I tell a woman that I use axe products they make the same face you all are making while you type this stuff, even if they just pulled their nose out of my neck with a dreamy expression in their eyes.
I think it’s hilarious that you imagine it’s the scent of Axe you don’t like and not the marketting. Granted some people don’t know how to use hygene products, if you bathe in anything, even the wholesome cleanness of just soap you’re going to make people’s eyes water. I guarentee you that each one of you who claims the scent of Axe makes you sick knows someone who uses it and thinks they smell perfectly acceptable.

Just kidding. I believe that women appreciate a CLEAN smell more than anything as far as scents. Scents aren’t as important as looks and personality. A woman should be able to see you BEFORE she smells you, otherwise you’re using too much scent. Don’t be trying so hard to be attractive and just be natural and relaxed. Keep in mind that you don’t want just ANY goodlooking girl. You want one who is sincere and will like you for who you are, not what you smell like.

i see tv ad. it say use AXE with girl. I get axe, follow girl down to wooded area. Girl see me. I use AXE. She fall down. I lift dress. Then you know.
Not bad, but she not move.

I meet her in same place again. She still not move. She smell bad. I not use Axe anymore.

Week later she still there. But she look funny and smell very bad.

I do like the smell of Axe. However, if you bathe in it, I don’t. Use any body scent conservatively and it can be attractive. Just, please, not everyday. If can smell you before I see you, that’s too much. If I can smell your cologne and not be hugging you, that’s too much. When having a normal conversation, I should be able to smell a hint of your cologne. This goes for my fellow women, as well.

I despise Axe. Please, simply bathe and use deodorant. Cologne applied tastefully can be quite pleasant, Polo certainly is an appealing smell (to me), but it really does depend on the fellow’s body chemical reaction to the product. Remember though, less is almost always more.
