Why can’t you belive it’s butter? It is, nothing else.
He can’t believe it’s NOT butter. “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!” is a brand of margarine, aka the modern butter substitute. As the name suggests, they insist that it tastes so much like butter, you “can’t believe it’s not butter.”

Margarine is also sold as “bricks with wrapping.” And if the label is removed, you’re screwed. It’s enevitable Blue2, there will be a time when you just won’t be able to tell.
There’s also butter that comes in tubs, so it’s more spreadable. Blue2 FAIL.
