Crisis Management:
1. Don’t manage until there is a crisis.
2. Manage it so it remains a crisis.
3. Destroy or obfuscate any workable solution.
4. Drop it, unresolved, for a bigger crisis.
Dont forget create larger crisis to hide or shift blame for indeterminate number of smaller crises.
My boss did this to me once. I was leaving the office at 5pm on Friday, and as I was literally walking out the door, she gave me a 2 hour project that had to be done RIGHT NOW. …..I don’t work there anymore.

It’s really too bad… I don’t think I’ve ever seen a correctly used line graph on this site, and here there’s a perfect opportunity for one, and the creator chose to use a bar graph (that makes very little sense.)

Everybody just tries to get off on Fridays where I work at, and those who don’t get off, will more times than not, slack off, because of it being Friday.
In my personal experience, I’ve found that the bars for Thursday and Friday should be switched. Thursday at 2:23 PM is when everyone realizes, “Oh Crap! Tomorrow is Friday and I have plans! We’ve gotta get this done now so we can all leave after lunch on Friday!”
