  1. hehehe says:

Thats How I play it at least. I wonder why I never won?

    • o!o says:

Ashton upon Mersey is an area of Sale in the Metropolitan Borough of Trafford, Greater Manchester, England. It lies on the south bank of the River Mersey, in the northwestern part of Sale, and is situated about 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Manchester city centre.

  2. Joey says:

damn what a good game…honestly I don’t like the small slice/big slice graphs but this one gets my approval for being awesome. I wonder if anyone else would have a slice for trying to replicate actual coasters and failing miserably…

  3. redbull says:

    invetitably?

  4. Bee says:

Ooh, I have to try that last one. Sounds fun!

  5. Dex says:

What if you make a ride that you think is deadly but it turns out to be a hit? It’s happened to me before. >_>

  6. Lady says:

    i-n-e-v-i-t-a-b-l-y.

  7. faetal says:

haha, zoo tycoon was always fun in a similar fashion, nothing let letting the lions out after starving them a few days. /sigh
I really ought to talk to a professional about this God-Complex I have…
    anyone else play sims/sims2?
am I the only one who creates entire families and kills them off simply to decorate the village cemetary/ create ghosties for achieve’s?
    >.>

    • focus says:

I’d get the entire family in the pool and then take away the ladder.

    • Hoopy Frood says:

I once built an entire house with double walls, and walled in the first family to haunt the next one who moved in.

…That sounded a lot less disturbing in my head.

      • bunnyrut says:

        lol!
don’t worry, the voices probably think it’s ok

      • faetal says:

I create a full family of about 10 or 15 (gramma, aunties… the whole shi-bang) and laugh when all but one of them die in a short period of time, the remaining people are too busy soiling themselves to beg the reaper for their loved ones… in the meantime they’re now dreadfully sad on top of being filthy starving lunatics…

        mauahahahah…
        >.>
Sims doesn’t bring out my best side.

    • bunnyrut says:

i have the zoo tycoon complete, and it is fun to let the dinos out. watching people run in terror always amuses me. is that wrong?

    • giraffe giraffe says:

i like building a single tiny room with nothing but a toilet in it, and then plop a large family inside. am i the only one who thinks it’s hysterical when they mess themselves?

    • Wolverine Girl says:

In Zoo Tycoon, when I have guests who are grumpy for no apparent reason, but refuse to leave, I stick them into the T-Rex pen. It doesn’t always fix the problem but it’s heaps of fun.

  8. Ash says:

*shakes head* 80% of rollercoaster tycoon is spent drowning irate customers who complain about stupid things

    • Me says:

Yes! That’s the only thing I don’t like about RCT3; they don’t die! They just swim around foreeeeeever… And then, they’re even more annoying. “Help! I can’t swim! blah blah Iwannagohome!” Grrr.

      • Luke says:

After a **REALLY** long time with no food they will die of hunger. Trap them in, leave it running for a few weeks, they should be gone. (not worth it)

  9. Dragongirl says:

Once apon a time, I got so annoyed, i drowned everyone in the park.

  10. 2ndgaterocklee says:

Meh, drowning is fun, but I go for a lot more torture… for example, I know they are just computer programs, and cannot feel panic and doom and monotony, but I like to build a tiny little island on my park that had just a bathroom (that you pay for), a pretzel stall, and a soda stall, and pluck random people to stay there… if I have a complaining park-goer, I just put him on a little 2-grid-square island with nothing on it… mwuhahahahaaaaa…

  11. sp_police says:

I think this graph would have been better if GmanX knew how to spell…

  12. Dan says:

Invetitably – the ability to invet new words.

  13. woahbip says:

    Haha! Best game ever!
Just put a shuttle loop in and ramp up the speed, you can close and rename it and people act like they don’t know it’s the same :)
Also it’s fun to put people in water, then fill it with land… they will drown in the land. lol.
Islands with $50 bathrooms are also fun. As are extremely long trains.
I like building giant roller coasters with ridiculous g-forces and speeds, but turns out you can’t force people to ride it… :P haha.
And getting a bunch of people in the park, then closing it and walling everybody in on one square of land. Turns out they only obey the “do not enter” signs up to a certain population density.
    …wow I sound disturbed… lol

  14. The same formula works for all the “Tycoon” games, I think. Most of my Zoo Tycoon hours were spent accumulating large crowds of people, so I could then delete the fences from the lion enclosures.

  15. pk says:

    yeah. this graph sucks.
but just because it’s about roller coaster tycoon, it gets my attention.
i’m hopelessly addicted :( i’ve played it all day.
i need to get away from it.
& btw. i’m only on rct2…i haven’t even made it to the third one yet.
i spent my whole winter break replaying the first one over & over.
i still think the original is the best.

  16. woooh says:

This game would suck if it weren’t for being able to torture people…really, if all else fails there’s always a near endless supply of people to harass until they’re irate and then drown.

  17. mjc says:

Haha, excellent! Shuttle Loop coasters with way too much speed that launch the train off the track and into the nearby forests to explode, monorails and train rides that have a second exit drop people right into a lake, the launching tower rides where you could have it launch clean off the tower and come back down in a fiery explosion, brakes that hold one train on the track in place long enough for another train to fly into it at high speed and blow both of them up… Ah, the fun you could have if you were feeling like a bastard.

Of course, when you were trying to play without killing them and actually meet the objective, here comes the dastardly “Station Breaks Failure” to make the incoming train speed into the train that’s stuck at the station, blowing them both up and killing people anyway. Why isn’t this game on Nostalgic Win yet? 1999 still counts as pre-2000.

    • UberNoob says:

Or use the one tower in RCT1 and shoot them off. RCT1 is the best i think just because its just that cool.
I also thought that i was the only one who let out all the meat eating animals in Zoo tycoon and blocking off the exits!!!!!

      Booms make me smile.

  18. //RH says:

Add a slice for putting all the people that want to go home in a box and drowning them at the same time. MUHAHAHAHA

    • Ash says:

      1. Put all of the people that want to go home on an 1×1 island,
      2. Place water underneath the 1×1 space
      3. Race the water above the island
      4.?
      5. PROFIT

  19. Wombatish says:

You forgot putting all the pukers on their own little island, :P

  20. CB says:

Aww, face it– it’s so much fun! Man I love RCT.

  21. Asbduhas says:

Don’t forget about putting a “no entry” banner in front of every gate so that guests can enter, but never leave…

  22. Marco says:

    Did someone hack me?
    This is so true!!!

  23. WOOT! says:

    RCT3 ruined the genera.

  24. Kamikaze14 says:

You forgot trapping one person in the park with everything they need to be happy and several deathtr-I mean rides!

  25. Flare says:

I really want this game now.

  26. McSpanky says:

They took the “death” out of RCT3 and up. Now they just fall, roll around a bit, then get up.

At least in the old versions, when you killed people, they died!

  27. Nemo says:

I think I still own RCT2… I’ll have to dig it up and start playing it again. I now have ideas about drowning people and trapping them on 2-square islands… mwahahahaha ^__^

I also own RCT3, but it just isn’t the same. Damn park guests don’t die >_>

  28. DIE DIE DIE >=D says:

I LOVED how you could KILL people in rct1 and rct2. I like rct3 best of all, but they SERIOUSLY should let you kill people. Killing was SOOO much fun. Like, I would name someone death and then drown them and watch them die. >:D But when I terrorize my park, I TERRORIZE my park. I will let all my people in, put a fence in front of the exit, and RAISE AND LOWER all the land, raising water levels and causing total chaos. They TRY to leave, but I make sure they can’t. I even make rides that seem to leave the park, but instead lead to more DEAD ENDS MUHAHAHAHAHAH (I;m normally not this evil… o_o)

  29. toho says:

    must go on that ride

  30. Luke says:

In RCT1 I went to forest frontiers, took out a 30,000 loan, leveled all the trees, and paved the entire map with paths. Then I let one guy in, and kept him from leaving. Hire a bunch of entertainers. PANDA ATTACK!!! (leave it on overnight and watch the debt rack up lol)
