  1. scott says:

Could the font be any smaller?!?

  2. Lukas says:

    Very readable, indeed!

  3. Jello says:

Isn’t “Inevitable” and “You’re doomed” the same thing?

  4. satchfan15 says:

Dude! Rock Band is NOT that important. Just pause, itch, and restart the song. Good grief…

  5. slindenau says:

God, how sad, if a lousy game like Rock Band is the most important thing in your life you can come up with creating this graph.

  6. bong says:

You FAIL for thinking rock band is important enough to not scratch your itch.
Try having an itch on an actual stage performance while thousands of people watching.
    Also Graph FAIL.

  7. Some Geek says:

I was with it until it said Rock Band

  8. cj says:

Wow, this could have been so much funnier with other choices.

  9. RiderLeangle says:

This is why Guitar Hero World Tour is better. When you pause it gives you 5 seconds before it continues when you resume.

  10. rev says:

right… because after you pause on a solo on expert, it is THAT easy to resume after a pause, if you can even get to the pause without blowing it.

also, Rock Band IS the most important thing ever. The rest of life in overrated… DUH

  11. Zearen says:

  12. LawShark says:

Dude, you should get that itch looked at.

  13. Giant gummy bear on a stick says:

Why do people make so many graphs about itches? Is it a trend or something?

  14. Fish Taco Salad says:

Put down your toy guitar and meet a girl, then you will have something else more important to be worried about having an itch during.

    • jl5691426 says:

Agreed, though I might have just said “get a life.” Meeting a girl would be included in that.

      • i hate everything says:

i agree too. i think people only invented those types of games so kids have bragging rights and no sort of importance in anyone’s life. i’ve played Rock Band before and if you get an itch, it is really easy to ignore since you are focused on something else. i wish there would be graphs that don’t have anything to do with when you have to sneeze or if you get a really bad itch or you have to go to the bathroom, etc.

      • stencer says:

Who says it’s a guy? I’m a girl and I do all of those things.

  15. Czernobog says:

It’s sideways, that makes it original!

I wish testicular cancer on every single person who even considered submitting more of these likelihood vs inconvenience graphs.

  16. Duke says:

The most inconvenient time should have been “While eating saucy babyback ribs”

    • Fish Taco Salad says:

And that would have made this graph funny…Will someone remake this graph using “While eating saucy babyback ribs”?????

    • TwilightJim says:

Or perhaps “while drawing with compressed charcoal.”

Because it always happens, and you can’t scratch your nose without leaving a huge charcoal smudge on your face, and then you ask the guy sitting next to you if you’ve got charcoal on your face and he says “No” ’cause he thinks it’s funny, and then three hours later after you’ve been wondering why everyone at lunch has been snickering at you you look in a mirror and realize you’ve got charcoal all over your face. ><

Not that I speak from experience or anything.

  17. average jane says:

I was kind of distracted by the implication that you have up to a 125% chance of having an itch. Does that mean you have a 25% chance of getting a SECOND crazy-making itch AT THE VERY SAME TIME? Hmmm…

  18. neurotype says:

How does Rock Band outrank foreplay? Seriously, many better choices.

  19. Doker says:

When the page was loading I could see the title of this Graph and was hoping that Rock Band would show up. :)

  20. n8squared says:

It’s just a game people chill out. most people who I know(including me) who play rock band well actually do play an instrument.

    • Aggiefitz says:

I play guitar and bass, and I feel that people like i know in my hometown are wastes. They truly believe they are good musicians because they play Rock Band a lot

      • ShadJV says:

Unfortunately, that’s a common and inaccurate stereotype. Sure, some people who play Rock Band for some reason think they are good musicians… but most realize it is just a game and want to have fun with it.

I play guitar in real life, and playing it in Rock Band is not only easier, but feels a lot different. I mean, when I first tried Rock Band, it’s not like I was able to play it amazing because I play guitar.

        • stencer says:

Definitely. I saw a video on youtube from Gene Simmon’s reality show, and they had Kiss play their own song on rock band, and they were terrible.

          • Aggiefitz says:

Herman Li got raped on Guitar Hero by Through The Fire and The Flames.
But really, some kids i went to high school with tried to get into a battle of the bands playing Rock Band

  21. Me says:

I agree, could have been much funnier with another choice other than Rock Band. This graph caters to such a small niche of people…I am surprised it showed up on the front page

  22. Choir Nerd says:

You forgot about giving a choir performance where if you move during a song, the director will kill you in your sleep.

  23. jmblood says:

This is not news to concert musicians, we’ve known this for centuries…u think 6 minutes is a long time try a 15 minute cadenza…:D

  24. Josh says:

He is right though once you start a good song on rock band or guitar hero you just get a really bad itch.

  25. RJ says:

Just my ‘way late’ two cents…I love Rock Band because it is a real nice way to spend time with my two kids and wife when we are ‘stuck’ inside the house. Also, I was real happy to see the graph knowing that it would be SHREDDED in the comments section for being…well, for being THAT kind of graph.
Itches? Really? Next up, embarrasing booger moments of a 7th grader?

  26. papajon says:

There’s something really wrong with the world when I’m the one saying, ‘hey people lighten up’. But geez! What gives?

I may make a graph about Rock Band, World of Warcraft, and Dungeons and Dragons just to see who shreds it and flames it the most!

    • Sman says:

I know, right? Jeez people, it never says Rockband is important to his life, just that the itch is really bad when he gets into it. Most of the musical suggestions offered would’ve had an even smaller niche appeal than the Rockband choice.

    • ... says:

      flames are entertaining though!

  27. scott says:

I’m going to have to suggest that you take your own advice =\ You are bent out of shape by the comments of people bent out of shape by the graph. That makes it broken for you to suggest meds for others imo …

  28. basically says:

haha i was just thinking the same thing. it is not that serious…

  29. that guy says:

  31. KickAwesome says:

  32. KoalaBurr says:

  33. Matt says:

What ever happened to people who people who played real guitar? It’s a lot harder to scratch when you are actually playing a 6 minute song on a real guitar!

  34. Eric says:

Its harder on drums expert. there arent any sustain notes.
(i also play real drums and have a life other than RB)
