Thanks for the clarification; I had never even heard of a Venn diagram until about two weeks ago when I discovered this site. I may not understand them perfectly, but I think I’ve caught on better than some on this site.

If you dare say you’re not supposed to be in school right now, 8:20 am PST *my time* is only 11:20 am EST, and if you’re anywhere inbetween *the US*, and your town, school, etc hasn’t been debilitated by the winter storms, you are supposed to be in school, and you wouldn’t have electrical internet service if you were in said debilitated area.

i agree with hell, anybody under the age of 15 shouldn’t be on the computer unsupervised for long periods of time. you should be outside, staying physically fit. why do you think kids these days are so fat?
I didn’t say I don’t agree with her, I merely pointed out how good she must feel about yelling at a 12 year old with no hard facts; and that she should go troll on someone her own size. First, we don’t even know this kid is in the U.S. Does HHNF think that the U.S. is the only place where one can access the internet? Well it’s not. Second, how do WE know that her paretns weren’t supervising her? We don’t. She could be being home schooled. Or she could be sick and one or both of her parents could be with her. All speculation, no facts. The argument does not hold any water.
Also, this implication that little girls need more sheltering than little boys is completely preposterous and anachronistic. Both sexes need equal protection and education about the internet/online predators and so forth. I agree with Someone Else. Moral Outrage fail. Yelling at a child that is not yours without facts is just retarded.

people should spend less time hating and more time appretiating others talents. i haven’t heard enough miley cyrus to call myself a fan but i certainly think she’s amazing and can’t stand people who criticize her – for her age… she’s accomplished a LOT. what i have heard i have liked, what i have seen, i have liked. and for the amount of media coverage she gets, she manages to keep things somewhat age appropriate… that’s pretty commendable.

I have a 13 year old, she and most of her friends have out grown Miley Cyrus. The age demographic for Miley Cyrus fans would be 6 to 10 in my opinion. At 11 girls tend to start maturing and looking for better things and don’t even get me started on the Jonas Brothers.

I’m 12 years old and my I.Q is over 200. My parents have home schooled me and I know I have learned that we shouldn’t trash pop stars like this. I mean Miley is 16 and she has made many acomplishments. I think I have learned enough to be on the Internet without being supervised. What am I four? My parents don’t care as long as I’m nice to others. Teenagers, well most, believe that tweens are not as smart and as good as them. We have a right to be on the Internet too. It is logical to assume that in general people of 12 years of age are not as smart as people of 15-18 years of age as
1. Your brain is not developed as much
2. You have less experience
3. You’re not done with school (well schooling as basis as intelligence is arguable)
