Overlap in Venn diagrams doesn’t actually mean anything. In actual formal logic, we put marks in particular areas — either an X to indicate that something actually does exist there or shading to indicate nothing exists there. I don’t think I’ve seen a single “Venn diagram” on this site that actually used the original logical function, so depending on your interpretation, either everyone is wrong or* people are sufficiently capable of comprehending this “vernacular” use that it works for the joke.
*Fun side note: in formal logic, given an “or” between two propositions, it is possible for both of them to be true and still consider the statement as a whole true.
Another fun side note: in formal logic, when you have an “either – or” situation (as you do in your post), it is commonly referred to as an “exclusive or”, and therefore the statement can only be considered true when one proposition is true and the other false.
What if the house-sitter let the dogs out and they got lost? That would be annoying. Maybe not nearly as annoying as Spring Breaking Baha Men though. Though that’s just me being a pain. Not a bad graph though.
Uh, weren’t the Baja Men ALSO asking who let the dogs out? I think they didn’t do it. Also, this graph has a few poor uses of a Venn diagram that shouldn’t go unchecked. Concept is a win, actual product is a fail.
It would be very annoying indeed if the housesitter let the dogs out; last time one dog got out it took an hour and a half of trudging through the woods to collar him.
Wow, a graph that not only makes sense, but put a smile on my face? I can’t believe it! It’s a helluva lot better then that damned Carrot Top one. *shudders*
Uk wat i just realized? U have no life. I’m sorry, it’s true. I don’t have a life. Nobody that’s ever been on this site has a life. bahahahahahaha i just blew ur mind.
Nice
FIRST !
FOOLst!
Fail.
that space and exclamation mark sealed your fate
lol
FAILst!
i didn’t realize about a quarter of 2000-era spring breakers were actually baha men.
The size of the overlap on a Venn diagram does not indicate quantity.
sigh…thank you, professor.
Take a look at the name he’s using.
yes i know…that guy is definitely more of a buzz kill than buzz killington.
I wager that’s why he’s called buzz killington.
Wow… You didn’t just miss that joke did you? It flew *way* over you. Did you eve see it as it went past?
No, I didn’t “eve” see it.
Well it doesn’t matter if YOU (Joe Schmoe) saw anything. Joker was talking to benny lava. DUH
No he’s not, he’s talking to Cap’n Amaranth…
Better tink twice before you DUH someone, duhde…
Better tink a bit more, and perhaps check your spelling before replying to a comment that was made OVER A YEAR AGO!
Yes it does. What else should be the point of it?
Wow. Someone didn’t pass 5th grade math.

Hey Sesoron? Where’s the ‘Fun’?
Lol

Well it should do.
This one is actually full of win.
LOL’d!
enjoy yourself.
Some housesitters are annoying.
But no housesitters are Baha Men

Come over here and have sex with Charlie Murphy.
your name must incite some unusual comments…
So, I really didn’t find this all that amusing….
UNTIL I saw the little “housesitter” in the corner. Which made me chuckle. So its a SAVE!!
In graphbuilder standards a chuckle actually amounts to an epic win.
And Mit Romney
So who are these “akers 0″ people in the middle section?
I’ve gotta meet this Andrew guy.
Uh, weren’t the Baja Men ALSO asking who let the dogs out? I think they didn’t do it. Also, this graph has a few poor uses of a Venn diagram that shouldn’t go unchecked. Concept is a win, actual product is a fail.
I think one of them did it, but didn’t want to admit it to the others, for fear of reproach and humiliation.
It would be very annoying indeed if the housesitter let the dogs out; last time one dog got out it took an hour and a half of trudging through the woods to collar him.

Oh come on, admit it. Carrot Top’s pointy white nipples turn you on
i like your name
The fact that the non-letting the dogs out housesitters’ circle was yellow was not lost on me.
I am becoming a fan of well-done Venn diagrams. Good job.
I DEMAND TO KNOW WHY CHUCK NORRIS DOES NOT EXIST ON THIS DIAGRAM! One of the Chuck Norris facts clearly says ‘Chuck Norris let the dogs out.’
