I can’t tell you how true this is, lol. When gas was nearly $4/gal, they’d come in from the casino with hardly anything left, buy about four packs of Marlboro cigarettes, then say ‘Wait! I need some gas, too!’, and then gripe at me over the gas price.

I was just thinking about this on the way home. I was going to do an LJ post that started with “Remember when smokes cost less than gas?” But I smoke hand rolled smokes for $12 a month and get 110 MPG so I am hardly one to even think of complaining about the cost of either.
