There aren’t any numbers on the side, though 0_o Only down the bottom, and that’s clearly the distance in metres from one end or the platform to the other.

I do, however, agree that it isn’t a graph. It’s cute nonetheless, though… so does it really matter?

I think the more concerning problem is the scale of the graph. The x axis is in metres but it seems people are only about 10 (if even that) centimetres in diameter.

I stand on the platform to minimize my walking when I get off. Knowing where the stairs/elevator are at your destination station can cut 15-60 seconds off your trip. In the long term, that means I catch a 15-minutes-earlier bus about once a month. Well worth the effort.

Perhaps a bit of this fuss and muss could have been avoided if say, the scale for meters, sorry, ‘metres’, had been incorporated as the train track itself. Then, genius!

Can you believe they are trying cram light rail down our throats in Milwaukee WI!!! Milwaukee WI! Like 8 people may ride the dang thing here… in a week! The wind chills are below zero today! Who the heck is gonna wait for a train or walk to a train in Milwaukee!!!

Ok. ok… counting to 10…. taking medication …. and we’re better now.

It may not be a graph but it is a very accurate representation of the situation. This of course goes along with the overweight person who chooses to cram his/herself into the seat right next to you despite having TONS of open seats on the train.

Doesn’t happen at my station. Too full. You would have dots all the way up and down the platform. Then when they hear that their train on platform 2 is a minute behind the train coming on platform 4 (both are inbound lines to the city) they all rush up and over to the other platform just to get the train that is barely a minute earlier.

It is even funnier when they station master then tells them that the train for platform 2 is then ahead of the train for platform 4. Most then rush back…

Sometimes I reckon the station guy does it for laughs…
