I think that it was a commercial. Perhaps for a cell phone company or something. Some guy was repeatedly singing the lyrics that were listed in the graph. Still amusing, of course.

I always heard it as “f*ck the casbah”. But that’s just me.
I used to hear it as “Doctor Casbah”. Don’t ask me why.
