YES!!!!!!!!!!! Soooooo true. I-15 in San Diego -> which lane will be stopped dead while the rest are at least crawling? Mine. Im glad it happens to other people too!!!!
We just go right of the road and around if the guy in front of us are doing less than 60. Thats why SUV’s came out of Texas originally. So that we could get around the slow people.
