    Oooh, first.

And what is a Hollaback Girl or a Cornflake Girl?

  2. Erik says:

Can you sit on a cornflake girl?

  3. John Ferguson says:

I think it’s pretty obvious that an ‘Hollaback Girl’ is one who hollas back when you holla at her. Though it did take me until three months ago to work that out because I heard a cover version on the radio and it stuck in my mind for a while. I assume an Hollaback Girl is considered easy.

Cornflake girl? I still don’t get. I don’t know if Tori Amos ever explained that one.

      cornflake girl

The term comes from a song written by tori amos about betrayall between women. In the song two factions of women are referred to; the “Raisin Girls” are “multicultural” and open-minded while the “Cornflake Girls” of the title are “narrowminded and full of prejudice”. This aludes to their distribution on a cereal box, then “raisin girls” are harder to find.
She will never accept your idea, she’s a total cornflake girl

Gwen Stefani is so gross! I hate that nasty red lipstick she always wears and her stoopid horse face.

  6. Michaelkay (no relation) says:

EXCEPT in Billy Bragg’s “Body Of Water”, in which the Cornflake Girl (according to him – interview) was a girl who really liked cornflakes.
