      Actually, that state is one or two over west. Clinton was proud of his achievement. He took that state from 50th in Education to 49th…woohoo.

      It’s Georgia. The Charlie Daniel’s Band has a song called “The Devil Went Down to Georgia” about Satan going to Georgia and failing to obtain a boy’s soul. Watch the video posted; it’s a decent song.
